Description of West Bend 41027 12-Speed Electronic Stand Mixer
12-speed electronic stand mixerThis electronic stand mixer beats cake or bread dough, leaving your hands free for other food preparation tasks. The powerful motor has 12 easy-to-set speeds that can handle any mixing task. You can knead dough or stir ingredients on the lower speeds, smooth batters or mash potatoes on the medium speeds, and whip cream or prepare frosting on the highest speeds. An electronic sensor detects how large your quantities are and adjusts the speed up or down automatically to accommodate larger or smaller loads. The mixer comes with 1-1/2-quart and 4-quart stainless-steel bowls that are dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. Both bowls rotate on the mixer?s turntable during operation for more even blending. The mixer also has two beaters that are large in size, leaving little batter on the sides of the bowl to scrape down. Two heavy-duty dough hooks are included for making bread. A release button easily ejects the beaters or hooks for cleanup. Made of lightweight plastic and fairly compact in size, this mixer is easier to lift and store in a cabinet than some of the heavier cast-iron stand mixer models.
