Based on all the good reviews, I ordered the product and was very disappointed at the results, which were just the opposite of all the good reviews. The water in the botton tray tends to boil rather create a grilled food. Further, it is hard to clean. I returned the product at a loss because of the shipping cost incurred. I purchased a skillet with ridges and an easy clean surface. Now I have the excellent results written about in the good reviews. I purchased this indoor grill about a week ago and it came so quickly. I used my grill the very next day and cooked a rib-eye steak. It came out great! The next day I used it to grill Lime-cilantro srimp skewers and they came out perfect. I used it again for breakfast. I can't wait to use it again. I love the grill. Love how it cooks and the size. But you can't clean it. It quickly loses its non-stick properties, too, so I had to replace it soon after I got it.
