Bought this grill when I moved into an apartment building where I couldn't have my propane grill. I survive off grilling alone. This grill is exactly as advertised : Easy to use, cooks wonderfully, and is easy to clean up. I grill on this almost nightly, and all the food has turned out perfectly, from steaks to chicken to bratwurst. All with no smoke. Highly recommended.Customer Review: Excellent product!

I have used this grill with great pleasure. It's large enough to hold enough food for 4 servings, plus the griddle comes in handy for toasting buns and such. I haven't had it smoke at all. It grills just like outdoors, including the grill marks. And I can have something grilled and on the table fast. No one has to go out on the deck to cook. It's all done on the countertop. I can't say enough good things about this grill. Cleanup is easy and fast, two of my favorite words in the kitchen. I did a lot of research and reading reviews before making this purchase. I've only had this grill for less than a week and I am already thrilled. I don't have any idea what the person who said it didn't get hot enough was talking about. I've cooked a steak and two burgers on it and I'm going to have to adjust my cocking times. They were all done in less time than on my Old George Foreman plus I was able to sauté onions and fry bacon while I cooked the burgers. I even toasted the buns on it and put a slice of cheese on the burger to melt it. Let's see you do that on a George Foreman. Absolutely love it.Customer Review: Glad I decided to buy this one!

This is my first indoor grill, and I am very pleased with it. I cooks tasty meat, and the cooking guide that comes with the grill is accurate. It cooks with very little smoke, and the teflon grill is super easy to clean.
The only problem I have had is that the trim on my lid comes loose on one side. When it is loose, it does not fit snugly. I have to monitor this.
